Once completed, please scan and email the form to will acknowledge receipt and may ask you to provide supporting documents including invoices, photographs etc.

For Cancellation Claims

If you have a claim relating to the cancellation of your event, please get in touch within 24 hours of the incident either in writing to or by phone on +44 (0)203 915 0000.
