How to Make a Claim

Once completed, please scan and email the form to claims@encoreinsure.com
encoreinsure.com will acknowledge receipt and may ask you to provide supporting documents including invoices, photographs etc.

For Cancellation Claims
If you have a claim relating to the cancellation of your event, please get in touch within 24 hours of the incident either in writing to claims@encoreinsure.com or by phone on +44 (0)203 915 0160.
All claims are dealt with subject to individual circumstances and policy terms and conditions.
